At the heart of BestEmploymentLawyer.com is Milan Chatterjee, a dedicated employment attorney who has built his career helping businesses and workers find clarity and resolution in some of the most sensitive areas of the law. Whether it's navigating wrongful termination claims, building compliant HR policies, or guiding clients through fast-changing workplace laws, Milan brings experience, empathy, and sharp legal insight to every matter.

Milan earned his law degree from UCLA School of Law and expanded his training as a visiting student at NYU School of Law. His education gave him a strong legal foundation—and a valuable perspective shaped by both West Coast and East Coast approaches to labor and employment issues.

He began his career working at leading national law firms focused on employment and business law, where he represented clients in everything from complex litigation to day-to-day HR matters. These early experiences gave him a front-row seat to how legal decisions impact real people and real companies.

Milan later took on an in-house counsel role at Las Vegas Sands Corp., one of the world’s largest hospitality companies and a Fortune 500 enterprise. In this role, he worked with teams across the U.S., Singapore, and Macau on matters like workplace investigations, internal audits, policy development, and international compliance—including anti-corruption and labor regulations. That role deepened his understanding of the pressures HR teams and executives face and the need for practical, legally sound solutions.
